Cheesy Baked Spaghetti

Ingredients:

1-2 lbs lean ground beef

1 small onion, chopped

1 3 lb jar spaghetti sauce

8-10 oz spaghetti

2 T butter

4 tsp flour

6 oz undiluted evaporated milk

1/3 cup water

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

2 T Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Brown meat and onion; drain.  Add spaghetti sauce; simmer.  Break spaghetti into thirds and cook; drain.  Mix spaghetti and sauce.  Melt butter in saucepan.  Stir in flour; slowly add milk and water.  Cook over medium heat until thickened.  Add cheeses; stir until melted.  Spread half spaghetti in 13 X 9 pan.  Spoon cheese sauce over spaghetti.  Top with rest of spaghetti.  Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
