Ingredients:
- 1 boneless beef sirloin tip roast (3 lbs)
- 3 celery stalks
- 1 onion
- 1 green pepper
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 can tomatoe paste
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 3 tb chili powder
- 2 tb lemon juice
- 2 tb molasses
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp ground mustard
- 8-10 sandwich rolls
Directions:
Place beef in slow cooker. Add celery, onion, and green pepper. In bowl, combine ketchup, tomatoe paste, brown sugar, vinegar, chili powder, lemon juice, molasses, salt, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard. Pour over beef mixture. Cover and cook on low for 8-9 hours. Shred beef.
