Ingredients:
- 1 summer squash cut into small pieces
- 1 tomato cut into small pieces
- 1 onion chopped fine
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- salt and pepper to taste {add while cooking}
Directions:
- Place olive oil and butter in frying pan. on low heat.
- Add squash, tomato and onion with seasoning and spices
- cook in covered frying pan on low level about 20 minutes or until soft.
- Serve immediately
