Italian Squash

Difficutly: very easy

Portion: 4 servings
Ingredients:

  • 1 summer squash cut into small pieces
  • 1 tomato cut into small pieces
  • 1 onion chopped fine
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • salt and pepper to taste {add while cooking}

Directions:

  • Place olive oil  and butter in frying pan. on low heat.
  • Add squash, tomato and onion with seasoning and spices
  • cook in covered frying pan on low level about 20 minutes or until soft.
  • Serve immediately
