Ingredients:
- 2 lbs hamburger meat
- 1 C rice uncooked
- 1 onion diced
- 2 eggs
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 can mushroom soup
- wochestershire sauce
- 1 head of cabbge
- season to taste
Directions:
- Combine hamburger, rice, onion and eggs together.
- Bring pan of water to boil. Put in cabbage and boil 4 minutes.
- Drain and peel off cabbage leaves.
- Put hamburger mixture into leaves and roll up.
- Combine tomato soup, mushroom soup with onion and worchestershire sauce.
- Put cabbge rolls into skillet and pour sauce over them.
- Simmer in skillet for 45 minutes
