Ingredients:
- 1 beef brisket 3-4 lbs
- 1 tsp celery salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion salt
- 1/2 C bbq sauce
- 2 Tbsp ketchup
- 2 Tbsp worchestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp liquid smoke
Directions:
- TRim fat from brisket to 1/4 inch thick
- Combine celery salt, garlic powder, and onion salt.
- Sprinkle mixture over brisket evenly and rub thoroughly into meat.
- Stir together bbq sauce and next 3 ingredients until blended. Brush bbq sauce mixture evenly onto brisket.
- Wrap brisket in heavy foil. Place in roasting pain and chill for 8 hours.
- Bake at 300 for 5 hours or until meat thermometer inserted into brisket reads 190 degreees,
- Cut brisket across the grain into thin slices.
