Swiss Chicken

Portion: 6 servings
Ingredients:

  • 6 skinned boneless chicken breasts
  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 10.5 oz can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 C herb seasoned stuffing mix
  • 1/4 C butter melted

Directions:

  • place chicken in greased 13x9x2 baking dish. Sprinkle with garlic powder and pepper. Top each breast with cheese and set aside. 
  • Combine soup and milk. Stirring until smooth. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle with stuffing mix and drizzle with butter.
  • Bake chicken at 350 for 50 minutes or until chicken is done.
