Ingredients:
3/4 C long grain rice uncooked
2 10.5 oz cans cream of chicken soup undiluted
1 envelope onion soup mix
1/2 C milk
6 chiken breasts skinned
Directions:
- Spread rice in a lightly greased 13x9x2 baking dish. Set aside.
- Combine soup, soup mix and milk. Stirring until smooth. set aside 1/3 cup. spoon remainder evenly over rice. Top with chicken. Meaty side up. Spoon remaining soup over chicken.
- Bake covered at 350 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
