Ingredients:
4 cups noodles (cooked and drained)
2 cups cooked chicken (cut in bite size pieces)
1/2 cup mayo
1/2 cup diced celery
1/3 cup chopped onion
1/2 tablespoon salt
1 can of cream of celery soups
1/2 cup milk
4 ounce sharp cheddar cheese, shredded (1 cup)
Directions:
– Combine noodles, chicken and mayo
– Cook onion and celery in a little butter until slightly tender
– Add soup and milk, heat through
– Add cheese and heat until cheese melts
– Add to noodle mixture
– Put into 2 quar cassrole (sprayed with pan)
– Bake uncovered at 425 degrees for 20 minutes
Notes:
Freezer directions:
– Freeze after assembling (before baking)
– Thow overnight in Frig.
– Bake as directed on till hot and bubbly
– May top with crushed potatoe chips before baking
