Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 cups milk
2 eggs
3-4 tablespoons butter, melted
Jam
Crispy bacon
Grated cheese
Applesauce with cinnamon
Strawberries and whipped cream
Directions:
1. Sift flour, sugar and salt in a large mixing bowl.
2. Add the mild a little at a time, whisking well to keep the mixture from becoming lumpy.
3. Beat in the eggs, one at a time.
4. Over medium high heat, brush a pan with a small amount of the melted butter, swirl in 1/3 cup of the batter and cook for about one minute or until the edges are dry and bubbles appear in the center. Carefully flip the pancake and cook the other side until colden brown.
5. Serve as a buffet with bowls of fillings.
