Raspberry Syrup

Ingredients:
3 cups fresh raspberries or a 12-ounce bag of frozen unsweetened raspberries
1 cup light corn syrup
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
Directions:
1. Place fresh or frozen berries into a blender or food process and process into a smooth puree.

2. Set a strainer over a bowl, pour in the puree and stir to remove seeds.

3. Add the corn syrup and lemon juice and blend until smooth.

4. Taste and adjust the flavorings.

5. Store in a jar and refrigerate.
