Ingredients:
3 cups flour
3 teaspoons baking soda
4 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 tablespoon sugar
2 cups whole wheat or oat flour
1 cup seven whole grain cereal
1 cup cornmeal
4 tablespoons wheat germ
1 egg
1/2 cup nonfat yogurt
1/2 cup pancake mix.
Directions:
1. Sift flour with baking soda, baking powder, salt and sugar.
2. Drop in remaining flour, cereal, cornmeal and wheat germ and stir until blended.
3. Store in an airtight container and refrigerate if using wheat germ.
4. Lightly beat the egg with the yogurt. Add pancake mix and stir until smooth.
