Ingredients:
1 cup japanese style sticky rice
1 tablespoon sugar
1 cup water
1/2 cup rice vinegar
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
12 oz. surimi
2 or 3 serrano chili peppers
1 cucumber without seeds, and chopped in small pieces
1 bunch green onions
2 tablespoons mayonaise
1 avocado
1 pack cream cheese
Directions:
Make rice according to package instructions
Add the vinegar with sugar
In a 24 cm pyrex, previously oiled with pam, add half of the rice and press down
Mince the surimi in a food processor with the chilis and worcestershire sauce, add the mayonaise, and add the mix to the rice
Layer on top the cucumber, then cream cheese, green onions and avocado.
Then add the second half of rhe rice and press down.
Refrigerate for 5 hours and turn over to serve, covering with sesame seeds
