Breakfast Burrito

Ingredients:

▪ 3 medium-sized eggs

▪ 1/4 cup chopped green pepper

▪ 1/4 cup chopped tomato

▪ 2 tbl chopped onion

▪ 1 tbl skimmed milk

▪ 2 strips bacon

▪ 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

▪ 1 whole wheat flour tortilla


Directions:

▪ Using a cutting board, chop green pepper, tomato and onion.

▪ In a small mixing bowl, beat eggs. Add milk and stir.

▪ Pan fry bacon for 5 minutes on each side. Set aside.

▪ In a medium-sized stove top pan, add eggs, green pepper, tomato, onion, and bacon.

▪ Cook for approx. 5 minutes or until eggs are producing no liquid.

▪ Add shredded cheese. Cook for 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.

▪ Put all ingredients in whole wheat tortilla.

▪ Serve, enjoy!
