Kahlua Bundt Cake

Ingredients:

1 pkg yellow cake mix

1 small pkg instant chocolate pudding

3/4 c water

1 c oil (canola/veg)

4 eggs

1/4c Kahlua
1/4c vodka

Directions:
Put all ingredients in large bowl and beat for 4 minutes using electric mixer.  Batter will be thick and creamy.  Pour into bundt cake pan.  Bake at 350 for 50 minutes – check for doneness, (use toothpick method) as I have had to bake about 2 minutes longer.  Let cool 10-15 minutes in pan and then invert onto serving plate or rack.  Use 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar plus 4-6 tablespoons Kahlua to make icing – drizzle consistency.  Best to ice when fully cool.  Drizzle icing over cake – using as much or little as you would like.   I have also used a chocolate icing on this bundt – thin enough to drizzle – and it is yummy too!  Allow about 2 hours between mixing, baking, fully cooling and icing to complete this cake
