ENCHILADA CASSEROLE

Ingredients:

Corn tortillas cut into 1/4s (2 pkgs) (they are the small ones – 6”??)

Brown 1 ½ lbs burger; drain 

MIX INTO MEAT MIXTURE:

1 small jar salsa (I used 16 oz. Chi Chi’s mild)

1 can cream of chicken soup

1 can cram of mushroom soup

I also added some Wondra to help thicken a little  

2 packages shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
IN A SPRAYED 9 x 13 DISH LAYER IN THIS ORDER:½ Tortilla shells½ Meat mixture1 pkg CheeseRepeat  Heat in oven at 350 until bubbly (15-20 min) We topped with sour cream on our plates.
