Ingredients:
1/4 cup of olive oil
4 cloves of gaarlic sliced in half
1 35oz can of italian tomatoes
3 basil leaves washed, patted dry and chopped
salt and pepper
Directions:
Place garlic & oil in sauce pan. Turn heat to medium and cook til garlic is soft and lightly browned. Add tomatoe paste. Add basil, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil. Lower heat and cook til thicken.
