Ingredients:
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup mozarella cheese
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp italian seasoning
- 1 tsp basil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Sauce-
- 1 bottle hot or regular ketchup
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 jar apple jelly
- 1 jar currant jelly
Directions:
In a bowl, combine the first 12 ingredients. Shape into 1 in. balls. Place on baking pan. Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes. Drain, and combine ketchup and cornstarch in pan. Stir in jellies; add the meatballs. Cover and bake 30 minutes.
