Ingredients:
Meatballs-
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tb parsley
- 1 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1 1/2 tsp basil
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 lbs beef
- 1 1/2 cups bread crumbs
Sauce-
- 2 cans tomatoe sauce
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp basil
- 1 tsp parsley
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Slice or shredded mozarella
- 12 sub buns
Directions:
- Combine first 8 ingredients. Mix in bread crumbs and beef. Shape into 1 in balls. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
- Combine tomatoe sauce, parmesan, oregano, basil, parsley, and salt. Bring to boil. Add meatballs and simmer 20 minutes. Serve on Buns.
