Living Apricot Orange Biscotti

Ingredients:
1 1/2 C nut pulp
1 C whole almonds, processed until granular
1 C coconut, shredded
1/4-1/2 C agave nectar
1/2- 1 C dried apricots, chopped
1 Tbs grated orange peel
1 Tbs poppy seeds
1 tsp vanilla
pinch salt
1/4 C water (more or less)

Directions:
Mix all ingredients together by hand. Dough should be sticky but not too wet. Form into two biscotti loaves and place on mesh dehydrator tray. Dehydrate for 8 hours, then cut into biscotti cookies (about 1 inch thick) and let those dehydrate for about another 20-24 hours, or until desired dryness is achieved. Devour.
