Ribs – Easy Zhenjiang ribs

Ingredients:

一字骨(斬件) 1薑片 3 蒜頭 (切片) 2 1茶匙   

 調味料:

鎮江醋 3湯匙紹興酒 1湯匙生抽 1湯匙 1飯碗  2湯匙 少許

Directions:

1.      一字骨飛水,用清水沖洗,滴乾水備用

2.      下油爆一爆薑片及蒜片,加入調味料。

3.      煮滾後加入一字骨,大滾後改以細火煮約 25 – 30 分鐘或至收乾汁為至即成。
