Ribs – Zhenjiang ribs

Ingredients:
(四人):
豬腩排約一斤至一斤半(2"一块)
———-2茶匙
八角——–8-10(香料)
紹興酒—–2-3湯匙
老抽——–3.5湯匙
———-3(飯碗)
胡椒粉—–少許
鎮江醋—–4湯匙
片糖——-1 1/3 .
Directions:

1.將肉洗淨拿出抹乾水份待用,加紹酒生抽,掩45分鐘

2.少油,將肉四面煎香加紹酒去腥味約七八成熟
3.
加水3碗煮滾,加老抽3.5湯匙1/3八角4-6慢火炆30分鐘(小心水乾)
4.
炆至水份餘一碗時加入片糖,醋4-6湯匙。(糖及醋與每人喜好而定)

5.慢火煮15-20分鐘,見水收汁關火上碟
