Ingredients:
- 2 lemons
- 1/4 C flour
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 2 T brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 C chicken broth
- 2 boneless chicken breasts
Directions:
- Grate rind of one lemon and set aside.
- Squeeze juice from one lemon over chicken.
- Mix flour and paprika
- Coat chicken with mixture
- Brown chicken in butter
- Sprinkle chicken with lemon rind, sugar and salt.
- Add broth.
- Reduce heat. COver and cook for 25 minutes.
- Slice second lemon and arrange over chicken.
- Cook 10 minutes more.
