Sausage Balls

Difficutly: very easy
Time: 1 Hour
Portion: 12 servings
Ingredients:

  • 1 Lb pork sausage
  • 3 C Bisquick
  • 10 oz chedder cheese
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions:

  • Grate cheese and let sit until pliable.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and mix with hands.
  • Roll into small balls.
  • PLace on cookie sheet and bake at 325 for 10-20 minutes.
  • Serve warm

Notes:
This makes about 50 balls. Also freezes well.
