Fidge Cake

Difficutly: easy
Time: 1 Hour
Portion: 8 servings
Ingredients:

  • 2 C sugar
  • 2 C Crisco
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tsp butter
  • 4 squares Bakers chocolate melted
  • 1 1/3 C cake flour

                       Icing

  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 C milk
  • 1 box confectioners sugar
  • 3 squares unsweet chocolate
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla 

Directions:

  • Cream Crisco and sugar.
  • Add vanilla.
  • Add eggs one at a time
  • Add melted chocolate and then flour
  • Bake in glass dish 13×9
  • Bake at 325 for one hour
  • Do not overbake. May fall but it will not matter

            Icing

  • Melt chocolate and butter together.
  • Beat egg and milk
  • And half of sugar and beat well.
  • And second half and beat more.
  • Add 1 C pecans.
  • Spread over cake while warm
