coleslaw

Difficutly: very easy
Time: 2 Hours 30 Min
Portion: 8 servings
Ingredients:

  • 1 large head of cabbge shredded
  • 1 or 2 onions shredded fine
  • 1 C sugar
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 Tbsp salt
  • 2 tsp coleman dry mustard
  • 1 tsp celery seed
  • 3/4 C oil
  • 1 C apple cider vinegar

Directions:

  • shred cabbage and onions. Combine.
  • Pour sugar over both and let set for 2 hours
  • Bring rest of ingredients to a boil.
  • Pour over cabbage mixture
  • stir and refrigerate.

Notes:
this will keep for several days.
