Baked chicken strips

Portion: 6 servings
Ingredients:

  • 1 Lb boneless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 C soy sauce
  • 3 Tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 2 Tbsp brown sugar

Directions:

  • Cut chicken into 1 inch strips
  •  MIx all other ingredients together. Stirring until well blended.
  • Pour over chicken and cover.
  • PLace in fridge for at least 2 hours. Turning frquently.
  • Bake chicken at 350 in baking dish in marinade uncovered for 20 minutes or until done.
  • Basting every 5 minutes. Cooks fast.
