Ingredients:
- 1 Lb boneless chicken breasts
- 1/4 C soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
Directions:
- Cut chicken into 1 inch strips
- MIx all other ingredients together. Stirring until well blended.
- Pour over chicken and cover.
- PLace in fridge for at least 2 hours. Turning frquently.
- Bake chicken at 350 in baking dish in marinade uncovered for 20 minutes or until done.
- Basting every 5 minutes. Cooks fast.
