Ingredients:
4 lbs boneless pork ribs (you can use bone-in I just prefer boneless)
3/4 cup peach preserves
3/4 barbecue sauce
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 garlic pressed garlic gloves
3/4 tsp ginger
1 TBL sliced green onions
2 tsp sesame seeds
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Place ribs in a 9×13 pan, bake 1 hour.
In a medium bowl mix preserves, bbq sauce and soy sauce. Mix with a whisk.
Add in garlic and ginger, mix well.
Pull ribs out of ovenand generously brush ribs with half of the sauce mixture. Continue baking 30-45 minutes. Brush with remaining sauce and cook additional 15 minutes. Sprinkle ribs with green onions and sesame seeds
