Ingredients:
1/4 cup Flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 1/2 lbs beef sirloin, cut into 2 in strips
1/4 cup Olive Oil
1 1/2 cups Beef Stock
3 TBL Tomato Juice
1 TBL mustard
1 TBL Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1 cup sour cream
Directions:
- Put the flour, salt and pepper in plastic bag. Add the sirloin and close the bag. Shake the bag to coat the meat.
- In a very large skillet brown the meat in the olive oil.
- Stir in beef stock, tomato juice, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and mushrooms.
- Heat to boiling, then turn the heat to simmer and simmer covered for 30 minutes.
- Stir in sour cream

Sereve over rice or noodles.
