Snappy Glazed Meatballs

Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef'

1/4 cup dry bread crumbs

3 TBL Worstorshire Sauce

1 sm onion, chopped

1/4 cup egg substitute or 1 egg

1 cup chili sauce

1 cup grape jelly

Directions:

  1. In mediuk bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, salt, onion and egg; mix well.
  2. Shape into 1-in balls.  In a medium skillet, brown meatballs turning occasionally; drain.
  3. Add chili sauce and grape jelly; simmer for 15 min.  Stiring occassionaly.

Notes:
To make this for a crowd you can also put it in a crockpot.  Also you can sub the meatballs for cocktail wieners.
