Lemon Whippersnaps

Ingredients:

1 pks lemon cake mix

1 8oz pkg cool whip

1 egg

1/2 C confectioners sugar

 

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Grease cookie sheet. Combine dry cake mix, whipped topping and egg in large bowl. Stir until well mixed. Drop by teaspoons into confections sugar and roll in sugar. Plaxe 1 1/2 inches apart on cookie sheet. Bake 10 to 15 minutes until light golden brown. Makes 4 dozen.
