Ingredients:
2 large cans Artichoke Hearts
1 C mayonaise
2/3 C grated Parmesean cheese
Directions:
Drain artichoke hearts and mash with a fork. Add cheese and mayonaise. Mix well. Put in baking dish and bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Serve with Melba Toast rounds.
