Ingredients:
3 Lbs round steak
Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp cooking oil
1 Large green pepper cut into strips
6 medium size tomatoes chopped
1 can button mushrooms
1 can water chestnuts
1 clove garlic
a pinch of ginger
Directions:
Cut round steak into thin strips and place in bowl. Cover with soy sauce and marinade for 30 minutes. Saute garlic in oil. Remove and brown meat well. Add peppers and tomatoes cook 5 minutes. Add water chestnuts, mushrooms and pinch of ginger.Mix well and serve over rice.
