Ingredients:
1 Lb ground beef
garlic powder
1/2 C chopped onions
1 Lb grated longhorn cheddar cheese
1 pkg corn tortillas
Sauce:
1 Lb Velveeta Cheese
1 can chopped green chilies
3/4 C milk
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pkg green onion dip mix
Directions:
Dust ground beef with garlic powder then brown. Set aside and cool. Add meat to onions and add cheese. Soften tortillas. Add meat mixture to tortillas and roll up loosely. Mix sauce and pour over enchiladas. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until hot.
