Ingredients:
4 C Sugar
4 Tbsp cocoa powder
1/4 tsp salt
2 1/2 C milk
2 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp molasses
1 1/2 tsp Vanilla
2 C Peanut Butter {extra crunchy}
2 C Pecans
1/2 to 3/4 C Marshmellow Cream
Directions:
Blend sugar and cocoa. Add salt, milk, butter and molasses. Cook slowly over meduim heat until hard ball forms in glass of cold water. Remove from heat and add vanilla, peanut butter, pecans, and marshmellow cream. Beat until thick and creamy. Pour into buttered pan. Slice when cold.
