Ginger-Lemon Chicken Packet

Ingredients:

3/4 lb boneless skinless chicken breast,cut into chunks

1/2 apple, cored, cut into chunks

1 tablespoon butter

1 clove garlic, minced

1/2 teaspoon fresh gingerroot, minced

1 teaspoon sherry wine

1 teaspoon lemon juice

Salt and pepper

Directions:

Preheat 425

Combine all ingredients in a bowl.

Place in the center of a piece of foil, flatten ingredients slightly.

Bring the sides together and fold down center, roll edges of foil in.

Bake, seam side up, 20 minutes.
