Italian Cheese Cake

Ingredients:
1/2 lb. butter
1 egg
2 cups flour
6 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoons baking powder

(filling)
1 lb. cream cheese
14 tablespoons sugar
juice of 1 lemon
1 tablespoons flour
4 eggs-separated
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 quart of milk
Directions:
1) Cream butter and sugar. Add flour and baking powder. Then add eggs. Mix together, Press into pan with floured hands.

2) Cream cheese and sugar. Add flour, wolks of eggs, vanilla. Mix. Then add lemon juice and milk while mixing. Beat egg whites till firm. Fold into cheese mixture. Pour into crust. Sprinkle cinnamon on top.

Bake at 350 degrees for an hour or until top done
