Jewish Apple Cake

Ingredients:
3 teaspoons cinnamon
3 tablespoons sugar
3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 cup oil
4 eggs
1/2 cup OJ or pinneapple juice
4 apples
Directions:
1) Grease and flour pan
2) Mix 3 teaspoons cinnamon and 3 teaspoons sugar, set aside
3) Mix 3 cups flour, 2 cups sugar, 3 teaspoons baking powder, 1 cup oil, 4 eggs, and 1/2 OJ or pinneapple juice
4) Thinly slice 4 apples
5) Pour 1/2 batter in pan place apple then sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Repeat.

Bake ar 350 degrees for 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours
