1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg
1 1/4 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 baking soda
1 teaspoons cream of tarter
additional cinnamon and sugar
Directions:
1) Cream 1/2 cup butter with 3/4 cup sugar
2) Add 1 egg, 1 1/4 cup flour, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon bakind soda, 1 teaspoon cream of tarter
3) Refrigerate 1 hour covered with plate
4) Roll in 1:1 cinnamon sugar mix
Bake 350 degrees until done
