Irish Potatoes

Ingredients:
1/4 Pound butter
8 ounces cream cheese
3 teaspoons vanilla
32 ounces 10x sugar
8 ounces coconut
cinnamon to cover the potatoes
Directions:
-Allow butter and cream cheese to soften at room temperature
-Mix all ingredients together except cinnamon
-Refrigerate for one hour and then roll in cinnamon or roll in cinnamon and then refrigerate for one hour
