Broccoli Salad

Ingredients:

1 large head broccoli (about 1-1/2 pounds)

10 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

5 green onions, sliced

1/2 cup raisins

1 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons vinegar

1/4 cup sugar

Directions:

1) Trim off large leaves of broccoli. Remove the tough ends of lower stalks, and wash broccoli thoroughly; cut the flowerets and stems into bite-size pieces.

2) Place in a large bowl. Add bacon, green onions, and raisins.

3) Combine remaining ingredients, stirring well.

4) Add dressing to broccoli mixture, and toss gently.

5) Cover and refrigerate 2-3 hours.
