Ingredients:
Potatoes-cubed
Milk
Garlic
Sage
Ginger
Parsley
Salt & pepper
Velveeta cheese
2 eggs
1 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
Directions:
Cook potatoes to desired tenderness. Dump out half the water and replace with milk. Add spices and cheese. Heat through. In a separate pan, boil water. Mix eggs, flour and salt. Drop in small drops into boiling water. When it floats, remove from water and add to soup.
