Ingredients:
1 (30 ounce) can pineapple slices
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 teaspoons cornstarch
2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons dijon mustard
1 teaspoon rosemary, crushed
6 chicken breasts, boned and skinned
1 lemon, thinly sliced
Directions:
1. Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Combine reserved juice with garlic, cornstarch, worcestershire sauce, mustard and rosemary.
2. Place chicken in 9×13 baking pan or broiler proof dish. Broil until browned.
3. Stir sauce and pour over chicken. Bake at 400 for 30 minutes.
4. Arrange lemon and pineapple slices around chicken and garnish with fresh rosemary or parsley.
