Ingredients:
6-8 pounds beef tenderloin
1/4 cup olive oil
1 cup soy sauce
3 fresh cloves garlic, chopped
1 tablespoon chopped ginger
1/2 cup sherry
Directions:
1. Rub beef with olive oil.
2. Combine remaining ingredients and marinate beef several hours.
3. Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 130 for rare or 140 for medium. Baste with marinade.
