Ingredients:
2 1/2 pounds boneless chuck roast, 2 inches thick
1/4 cup brown sugar
5 ounces soy sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 cup bourbon
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 cup water
Directions:
1. Combine marinade ingredients adn pour over roast in a shallow dish. Refrigerate at least 8 hours.
2. Grill mean five inches from coals for 30 minutes per side or to desired doneness. Baste often with marinade.
3. Divide roast with fork (never slice).
