Ingredients:
8-10 large potatoes, cooked and mashed
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic salt
3 tablespoons dried chives
salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons melted butter
paprika
Directions:
1. Beat all ingredients together until fluffy.
2. Place in greased three quart casserole dish. Drizzle with melted butter and sprinkle with paprika.
3. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
