Mexican Casserole

Ingredients:

2 lb. ground beef

1/2 small onion, diced

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 can chicken and rice soup

1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce

1 small can Ortega Chilies, diced

8 oz. taco sauce

salt, pepper, garlic salt to taste

Grated Longhorn cheese (any cheese) 

1 doz. corn tortillias

 

Directions:
Fry hamburger and onions; drain. Add all canned goods, salt, perpper, garlic salt, and stir. Layer in a greased 9 X 13 inch pan. –tortillas, meat mixture, cheese and repeat till you fill the pan. Bake at 350 F. for 30-45 minutes.

FAVORITE! top with guac, lettuce, tom, and sour cream!
