Spaghetti Pie

Portion: 5 servings
Ingredients:

1 package spaghetti, cooked and drained

meat sauce (very thick)

2 eggs

3 T. butter

1/2 cup butter ** I put about a cup to a cup and a half. 🙂

Mozzarella cheese (optional)

Directions:

Mix spaghetti, eggs, and butter. Shape into pie plate like a crust. Spread sour cream over bottom and fill with meat sauce. Bake at 375 for about 20 minutes. Cover w/ mozzerella cheese and bake for 5 more minutes. Cut like a pie, and serve.

* you can also cover the entire bottom (instead of just crust) and have it like a casoral.
