1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3 TBLs butter, softened
1 clove garlic pressed
8 slices of sourdough bread
8 oz sliced Monterey Jack Cheese
8 oz sliced deli Ham
4 tsp Dijon mustard
1 medium tomato sliced
In a small bowl combine parmesan cheese, butter and garlic. Mix well.
Heat skillet. Use butter mixture on all slices of bread (build you sandwiches in the skillet.
Bread, cheese, ham, mustard, tomato, cheese, bread. Cook over medium heat 4-5 minutes on each side. Carefully turn them these are big sandwiches.
