Ingredients:
4 cups diced cooked chicken
1 (15 ounce) can crushed pineapple
3/4 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup pecans
1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup amaretto
Directions:
1. Stir dressing ingredients together

2. Combine chicken, crushed pineapple, celery, half the pecans and mayonnaise. Chill for several hours

3. Serve on lettuce leaves with pineapple rings. Top with dressing and sprinkle with pecans.
