Ingredients:
2 c brown sugar
2 egg yolks
1 c canoli oil
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
2 c pumpkin
Blend well in above order then add 3 c flour slowly and mix till blended
Bake 350 10 min
(make about 1 tbsp in size – they hold the shape you put on the cookie sheet)
Filling:
1 8 oz cream cheese (let stand at room temp to get soft)
1 c sugar
Beat well and then add 1 8oz cool whip
wrap in saran and you can freeze in ziploc
